The V is just numbering continuity since they used III for 3 and IV for 4. The FIVE is just to get the message across that it's symbolizing money based on how it is written if you didn't notice the green texture of the V.

I will never buy another Dell laptop again. I bought a XPS M1530 about 3yrs ago and had major problems within a year of using it. Revamping Outlands is a waste of time and resources. It takes a couple of days to grind through it until you can move on to Northrend. Outland also doesn't have a confusing and jarring leveling experience that 1-60 had.
