You’re right, its easier just to drone strike them.

False Equivalence!

Can you please link the research, statistics and studies on this, where “most people” never spend any money on loot boxes? Not being dismissive, would like to read it, because I don’t think it is true. For perspective I’m a casual player at best, and I’ve thrown $10 at the game for boxes.

There is nothing unethical about their model. Consumers have validated time and time and time again that they will pay for cosmetic extras no matter the initial investment or how they are delivered: either paying directly for the item or getting them via gatcha mechanics.

On it! I’ve got connections over there, I’ll shoot them an email...

That’s not how “gatcha” style mechanics work, and the math about 50-60% dupes sounds incredibly skewed. So you have the item pools: gray, blue, purple, & gold. In addition to the decreasing probability of getting a certain pool, you are also competing with getting a specific reward from a limited number of items. The

Who cares is Blizzard. If you put X amount of time in the game, you get a crate. If you do not want to put in the time to level up, you can pay $1 for a crate. Real money. People bypassing playing the game for discounted or free crates disrupts their system and their formulas for profit margins. Pure speculation.

Satire... making people that don’t understand what it is overreact since, well, forever.

Yeah, this is it exactly. It was DST rollback in Europe this week, and the US is this upcoming weekend. The event was over at 4PM PDT, so that would mean it ended an hour earlier for those folks, but it ended EXACTLY when Blizzard said it would.

Twas a dark time, when death resulted in losing precious Wolfpack Rounds.

Get a full raid team to light the path! Start Kingsfall, everyone abandon the Court and head to the Mausoleum and stand on the platforms! Record & post your fireteam cheering you on!

No kidding. I’m in the middle of Chicago right now, and my radar is completely full. Pokevision is showing a few that are nearly 3 city blocks away, with others that are closer that aren’t showing up because the glitch.

Eevee, stop playing on that combine!

I’m with you Cecilia. I’ve been reading & watching Berserk for a decade, and I’m sick and tired of rehashing and retreading old ground. Also, the source is going on 30 years! There are people that will be watching this who have ZERO clue what Berserk really is, and this first episode is a great primer.

I disagree with all people saying to read the manga first, watch this movie, etc.

Its not an oversight, its a technical decision. Every time you step into a shared space, it isn’t on a server like the big time MMOs run on, its P2P. Someone there is hosting the experience for everyone else. When that person leaves, one of the clients becomes the host, and so on and so forth.

Especially the shared loot part. Gotta race to loot the chest first!

I respectfully disagree with your assessment regarding the New 3DS. I’m one of the few people that could never play the original 3DS or 3DS XL because of the tech they used for the 3D imaging. In fact, even when the slider was in the off position, I still couldn’t look at the screen more than 5 minutes!

Your interpretation of the headline is on you.

EAWare (I like that) lost me with Dragon Age 2. After a certain someone showed up mid-way through a DLC quest, and then showed up at the end, I almost threw my controller at the screen. NOTHING I did in DA:O meant a damn thing.
