Was here to comment on this. Apparently it’s only rolled out to India.  I can’t find any notice of a worldwide release yet.

Maybe it’s yet another difference in east coast/west coast manners, but if someone showed up to my house with TP I’d be a bit offended they didn’t think I would prepare properly.

This is why it’s such a shame they took all the old Good Eats episodes down from YouTube. You’ll become a much more functional cook if you can learn *concepts* (which eggs helpfully teach) as opposed to recipes. Doing the latter is like trying to learn how to play an instrument by learning one song at a time.

I’ve only experienced it post-patch, and I don’t have a screen protector on it yet... it’s slower than the back-facing predecessors by at least a quarter second (which is fine if you haven’t used them before, it’s a nuisance if you’re used to the old speed). As a disabled person myself (autistic with Asperger’s, thankfully high-functioning through effort) I can say with confidence that having people tiptoe around language that happened to originate as marginalizing makes me far more acutely aware of my shortcomings than natural speech does. Language evolves, meanings…

The only people who actually care about this are folks who want attention or are unable to process that their disability doesn’t define them, parent’s of kids with actual disabilities, or people who just want to be high and mighty. What actually matters is when you ignore them, intentionally treat them as incapable…
