I’d ask for another exception to the ‘famous’ rule; when describing someone of renown in a niche interest, skill or market. I think Harris did great last night. But on the subject of busing, I think reading this article gives a strong argument that it wasn’t the busing that failed, it was the commitment to desegregation and pressure from white parents that failed.
