*That’s* who has my job! Yeah, I had the same basic rep with a twist at my last assignment. Friendly guy who always has the answer and can find new ways to connect workflows or come up with creative solutions, but is removed from anything social.
I admit, it’s not for everybody and someone who really dislikes it shouldn’t be forced into any kind of support or training role. That only leads to misery all around. But for some people it can be a revelation.
