I had this at Trader Joe’s demo station just last week! It was with their own BBQ sauce and I was amazed and the texture and taste. I really don’t think I would have known it wasn’t pulled pork if they hadn’t told me up front.

I light a candle for Mom and for Dad on Father’s day. Their ashes are in a Japanese style ancestral shrine in my house. May be creepy to some but I find their presence comforting.

Sadly, I agree with you. Better to be genuine and alone than an artificial social animal. I remember a time when I enjoyed the company of others and sought out group activities.
