How does Marsden keeps getting involved with these kind of movies?

Obviously, in the old TV shows they wouldn’t add swear words because of censorship, but it became so much a part of the franchises DNA that hearing “Fuck” coming out of the mouth of a decorated Starfleet admiral just feels wrong. (no matter how angry she was at Picard at the time)
I really only have one thing to say about this:
So what is the difference between synths, like Data, and AI like the Doctor from Voygaer (Which we’ve seen can learn and develop if left turned on for long enough) beyond having a physical body?
I’m pretty sure that unlike Seven of Nine, Hugh was assimilated from birth so it’s not like he had a “real name” to go back to.
Star Trek Enterprise started that whole Vulcans are dicks theme. (Though with captain Archer having such a speciesist boner against them it was hard to tell who was the bigger asshole on that show)
Nah, she’s not being Tilly, that’s just Alison Pill being Alison Pill-y. (If you watched The Newsroom you would know what I mean)
An OK movie, but a pretty shitty adaptation of the Birds of Prey comic.
I wonder what will come out first, this or that ‘Uncharted’ movie.
That whole CSI scene in Dahj’s apartment was some A-grade technobabble.
Am I the only one who thinks the animation looks choppy as hell. (what is it, like 20 fps?)
Meanwhile, over at Conan’s original Carpool Karaoke. (the much more authentic one)
What’s the point of any of this.
It’s for the children. (Laughing while slowly dying inside)
I appreciate the fact they didn’t linger on the mystery of what Dhaj is.
It’s always fun to reuse this panel:
You are joking but did you know that Bambi is actually an adaptation of an original Austrian novel from 1923? (which was actually considered dark and gory compared to the Disney adaptation, leaning hard on the anti-hunting message and actually aimed more at adults)
Yeah yeah, wake me up when we start getting some of Don Bluth’s live action horror show adaptations.
I mean, you’re joking but I’m not sure I would put it past Disney.
