Pretty sure they funded it and own the intellectual property regardless of deciding not to publish it outside of Japan. Maybe similar to how Microsoft and Gears of War.

More likely Demons Souls 2. It started the series and had fog gates, etc. Also, Sony owns that IP and expressed remorse in letting it to multiplat with Dark Souls. So this will probably be PS exclusive.

That was honestly a big thing I was looking forward to the PS4 for. Faster OS speed and game loading time. The PS3 was really abysmal by the end of its cycle.

I actually think the 24fps might look cool IF the game is hyper-real looking enough AND it is locked and does not move. The game certainly has a unique look to it we just have to wait and see more I guess.

No doubt you are a big target but DOS is overkill. Any computer without internet should suffice. I mean at the very least run Windows 3.1 or something. You could probably even run a newer version of Windows in a VM without internet and be pretty safe.
