I have to say, Even Horizon was not the most romantic movie!

It was kinda hard to come from a viewing of the “Road” in the mood for nookie or happy fun times.

We kinda already have that show.

Neil Gaiman better be in fucking EXCELLENT health.

Libraries are not quiet, tranquil refuges from the modern world. Libraries are actually used as a popular place for baby sitters to take their crying charges, perverts of every fetish, and people who want to look at websites that can’t be traced to their own computers. Oh, and forget the glamorous leather bound tomes

Unobtanium? Honest-to-fucking-God...they called it Unobtanium. Because McGuffinite was too on the nose?

The amount of people i know that believe in the 10% crap, after this movie is scary.

VASTLY underrated movie. My guess is because its French.

If you want to see red-hot Belucci, fire up Brotherhood of the Wolf. Oh my gawd...

Yes, because it was halfway around the world.

Right? It’s hilarious that this huge part of American culture is an Aussie film, directed by an Aussie, starring a Brit and a South African, and filmed in Australia and Namibia (?).

Elevator pitch: “It’s Constantine meets Burn Notice!”

I don’t resent that religion was involved. I resent that it was lazily used in the endgame. They had this whole beautifully elaborate setup for 3 seasons and then their grand finale was an amateurish deus ex machina.

I read somewhere that the original idea was that they were all in purgatory, but because the fans latched on to that theory, the writers were like, “Oh shit, we gotta change it now.” Which sucks. So what if the fans guess this shit? Good narrative isn’t always about SURPRISE! OMG I TOTALLY TRICKED YOU.

Oh my God!!! Batman and Robin may actually be in for it this time!!! There’s no way they can get out of this!!!

Literally anything other than “because God”

Some of the best SF/F written in the past 30+ years. I wish Hollywood would get over its Phillip K Dick obsession (and I say that as someone who has read and enjoyed PKD for over 40 years) and look at Powers.

C’mon Netflix...

Good Omens desperately needs to be a adapted, preferably written by Neil Gaiman.
