i use an anker powerdrive 2 elite and its got the two 2.4 usb ports. charges my oneplus 3T without any problems. that came with a usb to usbc cable anyway so i can still charge my phone and switch on road trips. for 12 bucks its hard to beat.  i still plug it into new cars since its way faster than built in ports.
