It was some pretty awesome squee-ing.

While I am very much attached to shouting "FIGHTING EVIL BY MOONTLIGHT ..." whenever I think of Sailor Moon, this Japanese theme song for the reboot is effing killing it. I love the edgy guitar. Then again, I'm a bit of a metal head so, that might be why I like it.

Sad that Summit doesn't make it further into New England. Such an awesome brewery.

... I'm moving to Scotland.

Perpetually expanding multiverse? So as people discover more planets, and things on those planets, it all becomes permanent?

I look ridiculously different with makeup on. I didn't wear makeup in my license photo. So now I can't wear makeup (even though, socially, I'm damn near expected to because I'm a woman) because I won't look like my license photo. "finding herself through losing herself". If you've not read the books, you have no idea just how right you are.

*Screams violently in my head*

I knew what the end of this story was going to contain before I even got to it: "Mom came in the room and turned off the system while she was cleaning!"

Ninja Gaiden. Did I beat it as a kid? Not even close. Did I beat it as an adult? I think I suck at it more now than I did as a kid. So, even further from not even close.

Way to be Old and Grumpy.

My employer is going through some huge restructuring, including our little 8 person team. I have lots of room for growth, but it appears I'm going to be doing that growth (read: taking on more responsibilities) without getting a promotion/raise. I've been here two years already, and my skill set has grown

I beg the differ.
