@RacecarBoobTat: Psh, screw double-tapping, use the Mozambique drill: two center of mass shots, then headshot.

I wonder if her song will make it to the Western version of the game (yeah...I realize it's not at all assured we'll be getting anything, but I'm hopeful nonetheless).

@Strakus: Foolishly, I took a look at the wikipedia article about them.

@BloggyMcBlogBlog: I thought it was a cathode ray being interfered with?

@Dyn: Haha, that's totally what I was thinking, too.

@Strakus: Holy hell, that locust is terrifying.

@Zidago: I thought it restarted this year?

If you wanna creep eaters out, chodofu (aka stinky tofu) smells like crap (literally) and part of its taste is like vomit (or soured milk). If you get over the fact that it tastes like its going bad (and it pretty much is, but you just have to pretend the sourness is vinegar or something), it's actually pretty tasty.

@Kovitlac: It's a sequel, so it's already a little less than original. Not to mention there've been at least a few others: Call of Juarez, Gun, and that old arcade shooter with cowboys and indians...

@PoweredByHentai: The manga doesn't seem like it has enough material to support an entire second season (assuming 11-13 episodes), considering they've covered more than half the available volumes in the first season of the anime.

@Wolfstone is informative: Voiceprint isn't fooled by non-throaty growling? That's rather impressive. That seems like it'd be harder to differentiate than just raising/lowering the timbre of your voice (which is what I assume you mean by going realistic but unnatural).

That PS3+ GT5 + GT wheel deal doesn't seem great.

@nutbastard: Yeah, I got the Driving Force GT for $90 odd bucks (not even a sale going on at the time, just a straight-up price drop), so this wheel might be less of a great price and more of a space saving feature for people who don't have anywhere to mount a wheel.

Ugh, messed up browser, sorry, double post.

@ȝɴɨɓɯɑʈɨɔ ʂɘɐɭ: You have good points, and I realized the heat thing nullified my expectations, but Eureka plays so fast and loose with tech I expected it to somehow be hand-waved in.

@Eggyhead85: This isn't the first time a new-comer has stepped into a market that already has consumer-trusted brand alternatives.

Does anyone know how hot batteries tend to get? If this behavior is predicated on the structure of the TMV's RNA, wouldn't the basic limitations of RNA kinda screw this up?

@Moonshadow Kati: I was thinking I'd speak in unnatural tones, like falsetto, or something else I don't use often. That, or just use the Christian Bale Batman growl.

@hitmouse: That's totally what I expected, too, considering they were stuck in the EM shield that would make Eureka look exactly like a snowglobe. I was almost expecting some kid to find them and shake the city to try and get it to snow.
