If there is no gravity what causes the mass to move?
Mass can move with or without gravity, simple kinetic energy from the wearer is transferred through the wrist to the watch.

Absolutely right IMO about the speedy being the better watch for motoring, however it’s a misconception that you need gravity to power an automatic movement.
