For some reason one of my least favorite moments in the entire MCU is Black Widow going “beep beep” in Ultron. It was like the moment the weight of all the quips became too much for the movie’s quip sandcastle and it all crashed down for me.

I would definitely like to see more grounded characters, with maybe a Farnsworth type thrown in as well.
I hope they figure out a way to make Elfo less Elf Ross Geller next season.
Ooooh yeah Bud makes the most sense. The way he told the bay door opening story as just a ghost story to the boys with a “right, Doctor Venture?” seems pretty sociopathic in hindsight.
Examplo was the kind of dumb-yet-brilliant line Futurama would bust out regularly, and the kind of humor I was hoping this show would have more frequently instead of once every ten minutes or so.
I think if they come back it’ll be handled well, like I didn’t even consider how Treister would come back after shooting himself into space, then they actually had him become a Hulk (and in the art book now want him to come back as a Galactus after Gargantua 2). They’ll come back with an out there premise that I never…
“Doug’s gonna kill me.”
“Who the hell’s Doug?”
“My daaaaad”
An all time best episode for sure. I spent probably way too much time thinking about how Jonas and Rusty’s first conversation in forever would go, and it’s something I would never have guessed yet it’s beyond fitting that it was basically Jonas talking about wifi then telling Doc to get out of the way so he could talk…
The flip cover art of the S5 DVD and a blanket they released around the same time had one of the drawings in it be Jonas activating Venturion, that plus the plane line clued me in.
Watched through Disenchantment and it was pretty alright. Eagerly waiting for Venture Bros’ “Arrears in Science” review later tonight because that might have been the best episode of the whole damn series.
Definitely, it’s really unsettling. Someone on here had a great post about why these types don’t do fanfic, it was something like “They don’t have an ounce of creativity in them. They’re consumers, not producers.” I think about that a lot.
I wish I could give you more stars for this.
LOL
Looks fun! Very Breath of the Wild-y art style. I just made the mistake of searching this on Youtube and oh my god what a cesspool. Can these dudes who do nothing but complain about Star Wars...do anything else with their lives? (Fun fact you can paste that last sentence into pretty much every year of Star Wars fandom…
Star Wars: RWBYstance: Breath of the Wild
Warioware Gold was a nice trip down Warioware memory lane, if a bit way too short for $40, but I still have a lot to do and I can always replay each of the sections too.
I don’t know why I’m even surprised but so many comments on the Goode Family article are just “this show failed cuz libs couldn’t take a joke!!” Sigh.
Sit Down, Shut Up had like one great joke that this article reminded me of, when Henry Winkler’s character was describing their heart attack like “So there I was, pale, clammy skin, dizziness, so everything was like normal right? And then...” or something like that. For some reason “I need a catchphrase” from the…
Rambartlby the Scrivener, but with Killing
OK so if Jonas Sr. “died” on Movie Night, was Bud Manstrong being a huge asshole by describing the event to the boys and then going “RIGHT DOCTOR VENTURE??” Was Rusty just not listening to him or does he not know what happened?
