For some reason one of my least favorite moments in the entire MCU is Black Widow going “beep beep” in Ultron. It was like the moment the weight of all the quips became too much for the movie’s quip sandcastle and it all crashed down for me.

I would definitely like to see more grounded characters, with maybe a Farnsworth type thrown in as well.

I hope they figure out a way to make Elfo less Elf Ross Geller next season.

Ooooh yeah Bud makes the most sense. The way he told the bay door opening story as just a ghost story to the boys with a “right, Doctor Venture?” seems pretty sociopathic in hindsight.

Examplo was the kind of dumb-yet-brilliant line Futurama would bust out regularly, and the kind of humor I was hoping this show would have more frequently instead of once every ten minutes or so.

An all time best episode for sure. I spent probably way too much time thinking about how Jonas and Rusty’s first conversation in forever would go, and it’s something I would never have guessed yet it’s beyond fitting that it was basically Jonas talking about wifi then telling Doc to get out of the way so he could talk…

The flip cover art of the S5 DVD and a blanket they released around the same time had one of the drawings in it be Jonas activating Venturion, that plus the plane line clued me in.

Watched through Disenchantment and it was pretty alright. Eagerly waiting for Venture Bros’ “Arrears in Science” review later tonight because that might have been the best episode of the whole damn series.

Definitely, it’s really unsettling. Someone on here had a great post about why these types don’t do fanfic, it was something like “They don’t have an ounce of creativity in them. They’re consumers, not producers.” I think about that a lot.
