Jon and Sansa are cousins and Jon and Dany are aunt and nephew. Both are yucky. And it does seem like the show is setting up a potential political marriage between Jon and Dany. Jon is the only logical choice left in the elgible men from noble houses who are main characters category and he now has legitimate

I always thought that Jon and Margaery would have been an interesting pairing. (And what probably would have happened in Jon Targaryen was brought up as king.)

As I said.. Lyanna Mormont should be queen.

I am not laughing. I want that woman to be queen.

Because Jon believes Sansa is his sister?

Cersei is killed by Jaime.

Jon is totally Rhaegar's kid but I am not sure why Lyanna Mormont and everyone wanted Jon to be king again.

Lyanna Mormont should be Queen of the North.

Lyanna Mormont was brought back at the parlay because she has another awesome scene in the finale and the directors want us to remember who she is.

I think that you can say that Jon's actions were "dumb" but can also argue that they make sense both to who he is as well as his character arc this season.

Another point with Davos is that he finds out that Mel burned Shireen the night before the battle but doesn't confront her or think about it until the battle is over with. He is a loyal and competent advisor and unlike Jon doesn't let his emotions get in the way. Davos will demand justice for Shireen next week now

Yes. I do think that we are in for something like that.

Lyanna Mormont is my co-pilot!

To goad Jon into attacking?

I'm not sure either. Perhaps Davos is done with kings after what happened with Stannis as he told Tormund and is willing to throw his lot behind someone who he considers an honorable man who sees the big picture. I'm wondering how the Melisandre-Davos confrontation go over Shireen. Based on the trailer, it appears

The Starks have been virtually wiped up and have lost their castle and hold on the North. Moreover, Robb Stark's dumb decisions are what cost the Starks' the North and the Northern houses many of their kins men. It makes sense that the North might not wish to fight in a losing cause.

This is actually a change that makes sense to me. Robb lost the war and got lots of people killed because he couldn't keep his pants zipped up. That should make the Northern lords angrier at Robb than they were in the books. Yes, the Boltons and the Freys grieviously violated guest rights but the whole disaster was

I think that this is less true than you think. There are quite a few tales of assasinations, political plots, and intrigue in the medieval world. Some of the stories of medieval England come to mind.

Both the books and the TV shows ask interesting questions about who is "fit to rule.." Answer is that it isn't always the person who inherits the title. Both shows make the same point.

Davos has been a good advisor to Jon this season. He drew up a good battle plan including a way to deal with heavy calvary, but he did not take into account Jon's own character flaws and how they would play out.
