That was hardly the worst E3 conference I’ve ever seen.

They had explicitly said that neither game would be at this year’s conference. If you were expecting them, you definitely missed Todd Howard saying that earlier in the year.

Ugh. As a gamer who only ever plays single-player games, I thought Ninja Theory had really found a great niche with Hellblade: a shorter game with AAA production value for half the cost. I really hoped they would continue making games in that vein.

The difference between load times in the Xbox One X and the regular Xbox One is staggering. It was the single biggest difference maker for me personally in the upgrade.

Dumb post, developers have been hiding and working around load times since the Playstation 1 days.

This is a ridiculous take. Load times absolutely matter. A LOT.

The prevailing notion is that the seasons are somehow associated with the Night King, and that killing him stopped the long winter from ever happening in the first place.

That’s not true.

If you’re using the food comparison, what we’re seeing with game development on a lot of these big AAA games is more akin to a 5-star chef cooking your steak well-done instead of medium-rare, realizing he screwed up, and making his kitchen staff scramble to fix it before you get pissed off and leave without paying.

You can, but they can’t.

I think the main factor in the loss was that Sage Northcutt expertly circled directly into his opponent’s dominant hand while keeping his own hands down.

Obviously all of what this guy did is completely out of line, but I can’t help but laugh at how he started out with a relatively normal compliment and then immediately devolved into, “SHOW ME DEM TITTIES!”

As a white person, I must be missing the joke here.

I think Ninja deserves some respect here for trying to be tolerant and respectful of other people. Nothing wrong with that. The gaming community could use a lot more of it.

Aside from being asinine, that’s completely beside the point, which is that making that type of comment about bacon to a Muslim is derogatory and bigoted.

Looks like a good bit of lawyering to me and nothing else.
