NDA’s signed before he became president will not be enforceable in reference to the signees’ time employed a the White House, underneath him.

NDAs signed in the normal course of his activities as a private individual (or for TrumpCo) will remain enforceable. NDAs signed since he became President won’t be, since White House employees are public servants with an obligation to disclose information in accordance with federal law.
