My guess would be more on their implementation of the replay system that World Cup is currently using. Supposedly we as players will be able to go back and watch our own games soon, and obviously blizzard had difficulties implementing this.

I finished Life is Strange last week and have been obsessed with finding playthroughs and seeing what peoples decisions were and how they reacted this week. But now its time to jump into Life is Strange: Before the Storm and hopefully Captain Spirit as well!

To my knowledge, it is only in the first season of OWL where all games will be played in LA at the Burbank Studios. I believe teams are working towards getting their own Studio built and OWL will work on better scheduling because having to travel over to Seoul and Shanghai can be exhausting.
