You can do this with the Harmony remote I have (Home Control / Companion) and IFTTT. Since both Alexa and the Harmony are channels on IFTTT, you can make a recipe that will allow you to say “Alexa, trigger Netflix” to start up the Netflix Harmony remote procedure you wrote.
