Maybe it's a media issue. That these pictures or narratives aren't prominent in media and therefore seem like they rarely exist in life.

There's currently a small tube in a corner on the floor of my kitchen and another in a box of extra stuff to sort-through in the bathroom. This is in addition to the "organized" tubes stuffed in my bathroom organizer. I've seen the one in the kitchen for weeks but never move it because I KNOW EXACTLY WHERE IT IS!!!
That's how I now feel about the orange ginger stuff but don't have the heart to break it to my mom.
That's why you get your mom or generous aunt or gift swap office mate to like it! Plus, I'm pretty sure my mom does qvc or catalog shopping for all hers. And one of my favorite ones is the near neutral smelling lotion so :P to you!!!
