Nope, it is 750 max hp, if you have electric motors they can be max of 270 or 250hp but total output is 750hp.

Cost, reliability (they have to go full-bore for 24 hours, remember), and limiting top speeds to “the driver probably won’t die”.  I’m cool with a 750hp + 270hp hybrid limit, especially with less downforce and drag than the current LMP1 class.  Top speeds should go up, corner speeds should go down a bit, and we’ll…

Why did the ACO and FIA feel like nerfing these hypercars by about 250 hp? Are they too scared that the privateers won’t be able to catch up?
