Infotainment systems aside, it looks like Aston is going back to the styling that made the DB9 and old Vantage so gorgeous. I’m looking forward to the full reveal, because the DB11/DBS never lived up to their predecessors visually.

The fact that nearly everyone is copying Tesla’s idiotic extra-large tablet nailed to the dashboard aesthetic means I’m probably not going to be trading vehicles anytime soon. So grateful not only that I bought a car just before this madness went viral, but also one that allows me to do nearly everything with knobs or

That button-filled console reminds me a lot of Porsche, and I’m not mad about it. The touchscreen might be tough to use while driving, but honestly you shouldn’t be using touchscreens while driving anyway.

Would you consider it a step up or step down from Lucas?

Interesting that SCG are saying the power and weight requirements for LMH were defined in response to demands from Aston, who will never run an LMH car now.

It’s going to get worse when the dpi hybrids show up. I think they’re going to have a mix of classes that pisses off almost everyone.

I’m not a fan of the LMP2 class but have to feel sorry for them on this. What an almighty screw up.

The problem with speeding up the Hypercars is that it would be too late. The cars are already testing. Speeding them up would mean new aerokits, recalculating the suspension, possibly redesigning parts, and back to the dyno with the engines. Much easier to slow down the LMP2. The more interesting question is who

Because then Hypercar is as expensive as LMP1

Smallest grid ever and there’s still 25?Way to go WEC!

It’s not small! I told you it was cold!!!

Eurasia and Algarve are not WEC teams, they only ran WEC races as invitational entries. And the MR Ferrari is out due to travel problems related to COVID.

This car deserves a sale. But there are many other competent sportscars for similar or lower prices, many from mass manufacturers, which are less rough around the edges.

Gotta love Mr. Murray for this. If it is well received, other manufacturers will bring back manual supercars that I can critique but not afford.

£1 million hypercar.

Because I meant pounds per horsepower, and I’m also bad at math.

WEC viewership: 255 million.

GTE cars don’t rely on ground effects the same way GT1 did. That shouldn’t be an issue.

I really hope this was not a 10/10ths type of lap.  Otherwise its barely 3 seconds faster than a 4 seater family sedan that comes with adaptive cruise control.

I thought they engineered understeer into the base models so they aren’t ruined for the daily road goer and instead make for less of a track focused experience
