You know for me the worst part of this is that I’m such a sucker that I thought the verse would be something nice about Taylor. But no. Of course it’s some garbage about a bitch and fucking her.

I think he’d have to be capable of feeling shame in order to be shamed into a whole. I think he’s been on an IV drip of his own kool-aid for years.

I personally feel that Kanye’s a dipshit and a kind of dumb dipshit at that.

I don’t personally see the musical genius part and agree with David Crosby about Kanye music-wise, but I agree. He’s an objectively terrible person.

I dont think Taylor is going to be down with this. Kanye is really gross.

Ok. So Kayne is a musical genius some say.

It's really gross and arrogant on several different levels.

Somehow I just can’t picture Taylor being willing to do....that with her impeccably manicured fingers.

AM I OVERREACTING OR IS THIS REALLY VERY NOT OK?

Swift was already famous before the Kanye incident. I don’t know if she would agree about the sex.

He’s pretty gross. And just a tad full of himself.

I recently listened to a podcast where they discuss how hard it is to get published for authors of color, and even when you do get published the trouble doesn’t end there. 8 out of 10 books that people ask to be banned from school libraries are by authors of color. Apparently white people are not comfortable with

I’m white, so I can’t say that I can completely relate to this girl’s experience, but I think this is something that white males just don’t understand at all. I love reading fantasy and ya, and when I discovered that there are a lot of great books out there that feature badass women and girls, it changed my world. A

Seriously. Her family must be so proud of her.

Oh my gawwwwwd! I love her! I'm on the fence about having kids but if I ever did have a kid I would want them to be as awesome as that little girl.

I’m curious if the crush who made the nasty “joke” about not being able to see you in a darkened cinema was a black dude? Somehow I assume so. Sad but true that black men can be extremely judgmental about shades of blackness where white men don’t make such distinctions.

He wasn’t actually looking to read, I’m thinking.

Did you actually read the blog post? Crowther describes her experiences living in places outside the US for periods of months, not traveling. None of the things you listed apply.

Literally every person who “doesn’t see color, just people” should read this.
