Yeah, I looked into that as well. It's the same price as AC+ and does have great reviews, so I'll probably go with that. I just figured for the same price, AC+ would be more convenient. And I love Apple's customer service.

You think so? Cause I went to the Apple store last week, then to the VZW store, then back to the Apple store, and the conclusion the Apple people came up with is that this hasn't been figured out but since you have to buy AC+ when you buy the phone, you wouldn't be able to buy AC+ if you bought the phone through VZW.

Maybe if there were more than two apps available for BlackBerry, people would still buy them.

I wanted to get AC+, sounds like the best insurance plan offered, but they won't let you buy it if you buy your iPhone through a wireless carrier. So since I pre-ordered my iPhone through Verizon, I'm shut out of AC+.

I don't think the problem with iPods is that they're obsolete, almost everyone I know still uses an iPod. The problem, for Apple anyway, is that they last a long time. I had my third-gen iPod for 4 years before replacing it with a fourth-gen iPod Nano, which I've now had for almost three years and really see no need…
