They showed arrays of car batteries running /some/ of the machinery, but yeah: pretty absurd burn rate in that place.

In the early 90s there was a TV version of the Breakfast Club with swear-editing that was devastatingly funny.
[facepalm]
I like not knowing certain details that the characters wouldn't (or more often, shouldn't) know. Adds realism, texture, and suspense. We and they have to fill in certain blanks and, only later - maybe - learn the truth.
And with that, a decently funny comment is beaten fully into the ground.
I prefer to think Carol has outgrown being ordered about by dudes, even ones she's sweet on.
I'd like to see this character trait develop into a reliable signal of coming destruction.
C'mon guys, it's not like they'd have been able to find sharp, stabby metal objects in a city hospital.
Walkers don't shoot back.
Or she could just douse herself in Drakkar and Bud Light Lime. This would have confused Gorman's olfactory system, making him think Beth was one of his kind. He would then mindlessly shuffle away.
If a couple days' worth of "time spent with Daryl" was a way to become such a crack shot that you can go from zero-ish to "guaranteed killshots on multiple moving targets in near-darkness", Mr. Dixon would be the most valuable consultant that any military had ever seen.
I think they were saying "rotters", yet another term for the ambling deceased.

Yeah, experiment on them with their dicks.
It doesn't seem like the group has been moving all that much, really. They've been holed up in one location or another for most of the timeline, and when they are on the move it's usually with no particular direction. They're just scrounging for supplies, shelters, etc.
Either Darol or Caryl is acceptable.
Nuclear facilities without very specific failsafes (which are few) would break down and leak within 6 months or so. All refined gasoline, even with additives and preservatives, would degrade after about a year. Hydroelectric might be viable if your area isn't a smoking, irradiated ruin.
Abel may only be 4 but he's ominously foreshadowing at a 5th-grade level.
They should digitize Charlie Hunnam's eyes onto him, for that hilariously skin-crawling "newborn Renesmee Cullen" effect.
I've been saving it till the end. Very much looking fwd to it. I love me some Tim Olyphant and Wally Goggins.
