I'll admit, I have no idea whether non-official uploads count for paid plays or not. If I use youtube for music, I try to keep it to bands' & labels' own accounts. Is this futile or meaningless?
I mean, if it's a verified account literally advertising a specific product published by that verified tweeter, then it's advertising. On the other hand, people have to be allowed to sometimes retract printed statements. Good faith?, etc.
One could argue some stuff like the freighter monsters could've been excised entirely in favor of more time spent on world-building or character depth.
I finally watched The Force Awakens. I was prepared for it being a retread. Okay, that's not ideal, but no biggie; I knew that going it. The worst part was just how much stuff they jammed into that movie. No downtime, no lulls; just action and then getting to the next action. It felt rushed, shallow and not dynamic.…
It's not even in the top 20. I stopped clicking on that garbage.
