I somehow didn’t see it in front of Meet Joe Black. I never saw that movie and I can’t figure out why given the trailer being attached to it. I do remember downloading a high quality version from the QuickTime website though. I may have seen it in front of Enemy of the State a week or two later.

Get the whales ready, just in case.

I remember, in the late 80s, if you wanted to talk about someone’s lack of skill on games, saying they “sucked at Nintendo” was totally legit.

My oldest daughter, when she was 5 and 6 , insisted on calling all Legend of Zelda games “Link and Zelda”. So, there was “Link and Zelda: Twilight Princess”, “Link and Zelda: Breath of the Wild”.

What source are you going on that Native Americans weren’t with the Pilgrims at the first Thanksgiving?

In this type of situation, what would be classified as “legally obtained”? Meaning, who would be able to give the media this type of information and it not be considered stolen? Does an employees access to this information make it not considered stolen?

I have an M series and can confirm a lot of weird behavior at times. I’ve noticed a good portion of is due to very specific capabilities of the various HDMI ports. 1 is able to do everything- 4k, Dolby vision, hdr-10, uhd color (name?). 2 can do all of those of those but doesn’t seem to support hdr-10 only devices. 3

And the reputable thing to do would be to create stickers of updated screen shots to cover over the existing-this is a very common practice in manufacturing. They probably wrongly assumed people wouldn't notice the difference.

Looks like the Akihabara location in the photo.

There was no expectation of an in game map so I didn’t miss one playing through this in elementary school. It gave you a feeling you were exploring uncharted territory. I played though the game at least two times that way as a kid and I loved it. It probably took me a couple months to complete and I remember bombing

As much as I liked Infinity War, I always want to yell at Dr. Strange to just cut off Thanos’ hand with his portals like he did to the henchman earlier in the movie.

The “i” in iMac was literally for “internet”. It had a modem built in. Some of Macs before this did not (Power Mac g3 maybe?) Because I remember a friend who had one of those had to buy an external modem. iMac was all-in-one though.

Minidisc was only a flop in the US. You can still buy Stereos with minidisc in Japan. That said, yeah, they tried to ride the success of minidisc in other markets instead of going into the future (i.e. hard drive based players) and left the door wide open for Apple. Sony had all the resources to do something like the

Counterpoint: it is not.

Just like the scene in the movie...

Well, it depends on where you live in Ohio. For me, growing up, it was a less than 1 hour drive to Kings Island or a 3 hour 15 min drive to Cedar Point. Kings Island was close enough that I bought a season pass at least once in high school (if you got it really early, it was like $50) and I’d go out there with friends

Don’t forget, way before Disney World in was King’s Island in Ohio. Both the Partridge Family and the Brady Bunch visited King’s Island:

I’ve always thought these old Atari-era games would be perfect for a Wario-ware or NES Remix style game. Have them both on their original version and with various filters and weird control schemes and with short play-goals.

Came here to see this, and was not disappointed.

So glad to see Nintendo being back their arcade games. I loved the arcade Punch Out as a kid.
