If all you care about is 0-60, then yes, an electric car will have the torque required to win the race. Over 100mph, a Tesla gets walked on by damn near every M-, AMG, RS-, or Porsche with a 6 cylinder or higher.

Well, the fact that there’s only a fraction of Teslas on the road compared to other manufacturers says one thing, and I’d like to see your stats on customer satisfaction, loyalty, and repeat buyers.

No. What I’m saying is that you can’t take it anywhere other than Tesla for repair. You can’t just buy parts, you can’t take it to a third party mechanic. If you try, Tesla blacklists the car from OTA updates.

They can’t supply spare parts to meet demand, and they don’t allow third parties to repair their cars or manufacture parts.
