While in Kansas City, I urge you to go eat at OK Joes BBQ. Screw the rest of those places that people think are "iconic" BBQ. This place is amazing. And go to the original. Just google, 'OK Joes barbeque gas station". It's kinda of near the plaza. Eat there after the race I beg of you.
