It's kind of amazing who all Sodajerker has managed to talk to. Allen Toussaint, Richard Sherman (who, with his brother, wrote all the music for Mary Poppins and other Disney classics), Harry Shearer, Suzanne Vega … And the They Might Be Giants obsessive in me is impressed that they got to talk to both John Flansburgh

Agreed! I like the non-celebrity interviews too. It's a good idea for a podcast, Plotz does a nice job with the interviews, and I think they're edited together nicely too, so the interviewer is present just as much as is necessary to keep things flowing, but no more.
