These are great! - I started with a 89' 5.0 Mustang at 16 in 1999 and really don’t consider that “fun” because it broke down about 62% of the time due to “performance modification” by, again, a 16 year old.

But as I turned into an adult, I got a GTI and than and most recently a ‘21 STI - Now that’s a fun car! -

What the saying? Full me once, shame on you, full me twice shame on me. you went back 4 times?

As an STI owner who uses it to daily, I get the same treatment - redlight? or he must want to race.

Passing? he wants to race.

if the answer is not Top Gear, you have all failed.

just another way for big auto to get its hand in your wallet.

I will admit, that CarPlay has lessened the desire to add new vehicle tech or care what “extra” the engineers have developed outside of the driving experience. But CarPlay just makes too much sense for the society we live in.

Could be a homerun or could be

These types of incidents should have protests - but instead, it will be forgotten in a week or less. The poor families. Of course the ace (not what I want to type) lived and the others did not.

I wonder if that marketing term and the slew of Dodge car thefts and attempted snatches have any correlation?

I get annoyed at how american our car buying is. Land of the free(dom) but we are drones to the mass-production mid-size and small SUVs.

I have a 4 door GTI, with a child seat in the back and will be switching to a coupe next. Even hauling my child and family around its not necessary for the extra doors. - Just more needless weight.  Most families have 2 vehicles anyways and one is likely an SUV.  Get a coupe with a back seat and be done. the times you

Not many things I love more than people spending lots of money on modifications but cant use that vehicle in there home climate...haha, I have a WRX with summer performance tires, although its AWD - those suck in the winter, so Blizzzzzaks it is... be aware of where you live :)

I was ok with the article and enjoyed the little bit of levity it brought until I saw your last picture of your parking job. I can no longer trust you as a reputable car person if you park like that...really ruined my faith in the car world. :(

at the end of the day it is not the cars responsibility to drive you, pay attention you lazy pile of idiot. Anytime autopilot is blame, my mind just screams idiots who shouldnt be allowed to own vehicle with these features.

if you dont want to drive a car, take an Uber or pay for a driver. I hate people sometimes.

I am confused, its slotted below the RAV-4? but isnt that a tiny crossover ish thing? - Eff it, these are not really for most of us Jalops anyways.

When I was in college, I used to work for a dealership in the summers, selling cars (20 ish years ago) ...wow that was the worst choice of early careers. I can tell you many many times, its an active negotiation tactic. If they are “going to speak to their manager”, they are probably just talking about lunch, golf

Honestly, I’m offended that I am somehow lumped in with these (mostly) idiots that read Jalop. Thought we were a better class of men. Shame on you guys.

Oddly, it looks very European, hmmm.

‘Tis what the guy gets for being, what one can only assume, is an impatient douche-knuckle.

massive Camry dent with a city “bump guard” on the back...that is classic

My biggest issue with being an enthusiast is that one car doesn’t settle me. If and when I get a “new” car, after years of searching because there are way too many cars I love, six months later I am looking again. That’s also the number one reason I play the lotto.

Weird, looks like a Honda Accord if you ask me.
