It isn’t that way with all prosecutors. I’m married to one who would never present a case to the grand jury in the way that this prosecutor did. But I do agree that, in the case of police shooting civilians, the decision to indict should perhaps be handled by a more neutral agent.

I'm in NE Ohio right now. My BiL is a cop and they are preparing for riots in Cleveland. I'm so happy that things are peaceful....it makes the police look like even bigger pieces of shit!!! I don't know how anyone can defend the officers involved in this case (or really any of the other shootings across the country).
