It's entirely underground parking below the thing.

As a couple others have said, it doesn't matter if I could get a pair for $100...

The choices on a PC are Windows or Linux... You can't put OS X on a non-Mac.

Of course the majority of people use Windows PCs. Just look at the market share numbers.

I know the average consumer because my job is to know the consumer.

I'd tend to agree that something else would have been the way to go. I was just shocked whenever they announced the name. And not just because they were trying to call them "Windows Phone 7 Series Phones." Using Windows instantly jumped out to me as a bad call.

Microsoft's biggest mistake with Windows Phone 7 was calling it Windows Phone 7. Too many negative connotations associated with "Windows." And it's not running Windows. They would have been better off going with ZunePhone or something else entirely.

Sued for what?

I think you're being ridiculously paranoid...

I'm pretty sure you are being ridiculously paranoid.

You didn't listen well enough, then. If they can't match one of your songs to one in their library, it is uploaded to the cloud.

I think a lot of people will be very happy about this.

I'm sure it varies from person to person. However, I believe there are close to 50 million active iPhones in the United States. Which is about 1/6 of people.

I'm not the person who threw this out there... but I'll look at it from my perspective, involving my "circle of communication" if you will:

"Seriously, until sending someone a message via one of these apps is as easy and mindless as sending an SMS, none of them stand a chance."

Apple wanted to sell TV shows at $.99 instead of $1.99.

This is one of the most elitist, pompous posts I've ever seen. Congrats, good sir.

I think that Giz had literally the only negative Lion review I've read. Obviously, I haven't read them all.

If HP had sold it for $300 they would have lost money on every single unit sold.

That's not the point.
