Any chance this is a lead-up to a future mobile/console release of VIII? It’s the only one that never seems to get any love.

I considered preordering, but with only 5 games announced, I’m unwilling to pull the trigger. Especially since the only one I really care about is Final Fantasy VII, which I own physically and digitally already and would rather buy again on the Switch. Plus, I was five years old when PS1 came out, so the games I’m…

As a ‘straight’ middle school student I would pretend to be in love with Quistis, but my gay emo heart knew it wanted Squall.
I love the 3DS, and I will definitely pick up PQ2, but I really feel like Atlus is making a mistake here. I think they would see better sales on the Switch - especially in the West where we won’t likely see this game until well into 2019.
I haven’t bought a Lego set since I was a kid. Can’t wait to get my hands on this.
So bizarre that they are shipping the Switch port with localization issues. The PS4 version also had a terrible translation - to the point they apologized and completely re-did everything to fix it. I don’t understand how they are repeating the same problem with the Switch release.
I had planned on starting off as Therion just based on character design (I thought he was the prettiest boy), but this is the second review with less than great things to say about his story.
That’s what a lot of people have been thinking - that Labo will somehow interact with the Yoshi game. Hopefully it is optional. I really enjoyed the look of Yoshi, and I hope it won’t be long before it’s available.
That Fire Emblem trailer has been the highlight of E3 for me. I really wish it was coming this year, but it looks like it will be worth the wait.
Square Enix could have announced a Final Fantasy Collection for Switch, and it would have been enough for me. Literally I-IX with the rest to come in the future, and I would have been thrilled. Hell, releasing Tactics alone on Switch would have been the most exciting part of E3 so far in my opinion. I’d be more than…
E3 has kinda been a disappointment thus far. It’s been pretty light on surprises, and a number of games that are announced that I hoped to hear about (Below, Dragon Quest Builders 2, FFVII-R) were nowhere to be seen. The highlights for me have been KH3, Tales of Vesperia, and Octopath Traveler.
Finji tweeted that it is console exclusive to Xbox. It’s baffling to me because the game looks like it was made for the Switch, and it doesn’t strike me as something that the average Xbox gamer is all that into especially compared to the average Switch or PS4 gamer.
It was labeled “Console Launch Exclusive” during the press conference, but Finji has since referred to Tunic as an ‘Xbox console exclusive’ on Twitter.
This games looks like it was made for the Switch. I can’t wait any longer, so I’m going to pick it up for PS4, but I’m definitely going to get the physical Switch release when it comes out.
I’m so glad to see Moonlighter covered. I’ve been following it for over a year now, and I can’t wait to finally get my hands on it next week! I really wish it was coming out on this side of the long weekend though.
I’ve been following Moonlighter for a long time, and I can’t believe it’s just a week away. It looks like it was made to be played in handheld mode on the Switch, but I just can’t wait any longer.
When I first got into collecting anime figures, I posted a picture of one of my Free! figures on Reddit. I was really nervous about it, because a lot of the people on the anime figures subreddit are straight guys collecting figures of (sometimes naked) female characters. Everyone was actually super nice to me, and…
This was not the news I had hoped to wake up to this morning, especially after going to bed pleased with the initial information released last night about the online service. However, it wasn’t completely unexpected either. While VC was initially discussed as a feature that would be coming to the Switch down the line…
This is the real important news this morning. Forget about virtual console. Bring on the shirtless anime boys.
I mean, at $93,660 the median Activision employee isn’t exactly hurting. Not saying I agree with outrageous CEO pay. Cutting his salary by another few million could likely pay for an increase and/or benefits for the people at the very bottom of the Activision ladder.
