So I made this thing and a couple points.

The ‘custom made’ stuff is made with commodity hardware (the Hansshow has a 1280x480 display, and not an OLED Quad HD like the Pixel 2XL I use), and in fact someone has already replaced the Hansshow UX with what I have built by sideloading the app.

None of those other options

Speaking as an iPhone user on Verizon, under no circumstances should you give them money for their paid service. You can get the same service for free using Hiya. However I highly recommend you do pay $1 a month for RoboKiller from TelTech Systems. RoboKiller not only identifies incoming garbage calls it actively

How does this service compare to some of the other industry leaders like Private Internet Access and NORDVpn in speed throttling and ability to support torrenting? Is it as good as any other VPN?

I step out quickly to grab my towel, and then go back in the shower to dry myself. This prevents the mat from being soaking wet, but mostly I stay warmer if I dry myself off in the shower. The mat is so that I don’t slip, as others have said.

The real dick move on their part is eliminating the peer to peer backup option that is exclusive to the “Home” tier of Crashplan. There doesn’t seem to be a product that offers this feature. Anyone aware of one?

My big issue that I need resolved right now isn’t so much about Crashplan closing shop for people who backup to there servers, as much as the option to backup to friends computers, which is also getting phased out (per Crashplan’s site) I have my parents computer remote backup to a small server I set up at home over

Good news, it exists.

It also works really well for people who travel fairly frequently. When people know I’ve been somewhere that they are visiting, it is very easy to go through the app to give them recommendations of places I’ve been, since they’re logged.

I prefer to keep control over my check-ins, so my lifelog isn’t cluttered with false positives and places I don’t care to remember. But Google Maps is a great option if you like to be thorough.

Question: how many more plastic vents and scoops and whistles could Honda stick onto one car?

Is it wrong to admit it looks better now?

Now he should just make the cleanest looking Type-R by replacing all the exterior parts from an Si!

Don’t be cheap guys, always get that gap insurance.

Driving myself in the twistys = fun

People complaining about the center stack/tainment screen can tell the Rocket Man Billionaire their opinion all they want. If Ironman shows up to my job and tell me how to do something, I heavily consider that its smarter. If elon musk says this is the way a car interior should go? Fuck it imma try it.

Car enthusiasts still have to drive to work in rush hour traffic every day. Why would you think automation wouldn’t be attractive to us?

David Tracy is way off the mark here calling Terrafuegia “Just A Thing On The Internet!” It doesn’t take much research to find that the Transition has been flying publicly for 8 years and has been at the Oshkosh Experimental Airshow a number of times flying demos. It has passed a number of FAA and DOT tests as it

Anyone have real world experience on how this one compares to the Anker one (ROAV)? I just got the ROAV and really like it.

Depends on cost, range, safety, and noise. Current helicopters are noisy enough that your neighbors won’t like you taking off and landing in your driveway.
