I wonder if we could convince Duck and congress to give the US a “F@(K Yeah Muricah” budget of say 1 billion dollars a year. Every year, we pick something that they’ve done elsewhere and build a bigger or better one. ie we just spend the billion building an Exaflop supercomputer.

Common sense. The statements by Ian Sterling and the Intuit hunters imply that Landoon shouldn’t be chaining his dogs. Personally, I wouldn’t chain my dogs around apex predators... that seems a little too similar the goat scene in Jurassic Park.
