There are dozens of us! Dozens!
There are dozens of us! Dozens!
so do you!
And it's a fun Whedonverse reunion too! Acker, Torres, and Baccarin.
Yeah, that makes sense. There seemed like a few marked close-ups of Eddie during the confrontation scene (before it just stopped and looked at him, which also seems pretty indicative). Then Wells led with a pointed "DETECTIVE THAWNE…………. do you want to read the man his rights?" or something like that. Some pretty…
Just caught up on this show! It was definitely suffering from a sort of too many cooks effect when it started, but it's definitely improved now.
Arrow's having a rough patch this season, but I still love its characters more than Shield's. Maybe Arrrow just doesn't have enough branding?
I rewatched Angel this summer. I don't think I'm ready for another superhero progeny Connor in my life.
Oh, agreed, that's why I mention it. My first thought at Diggle's cousin was "I wish I had a cool story like that to explain why I stutter!"
Yeah, Tara was my first thought, but it was so intermittent/just stumbling over words/not a stutter that I don't feel like it really counts. Also, it more or less completely disappeared in season 6.
Yup! I liked Capt. Marvel on the show, but man, Rob Lowe in full Chris Traeger mode on Young Justice was my fave Capt. Marvel. It just fit so well.
Nah, I was talking about Luthor's housing project in JLU, in the episode with Cap. Marvel/Shazam. And yeah, I know Palmer was in JLU quite a bit (Dr. Cox!) but it just reminded me of it.
So Palmer's building a homeless shelter in Central City? Maybe it's because I just bingewatched Justice League, but I wonder if they'll borrow from the Luthor storyline there….
Diggle's cousin for the win. I can't for the life of me think of a character with a stutter who's actually been on TV.
He'll leave when he's good and ready!
Catching up, so this is late, but I'm a stutterer, and Fitz's slightly unnerved and distracted look pretty much mirrored how I feel when people constantly try to play the "what word am I trying to say" game (although I have been pretty whatever on Agent Don'tKnowTheLastWord Of Mysentence so far, and agree with you…
Oh, I thought we were supposed. I wasn't paying much attention the first time I watched that one, but on the second time around, I realized how hilarious it is. The EVIL HAND! speech is one of my favorite Angel moments (and there are many).
Yeah, this was a really confusing Final Jeopardy clue. I had to pause and read it like 5 times and ended up with the wrong answer.
God damn it. Stage managing Suessical in high school ruined me for life. They all blend together now.
Neither have I. This was just a hail Mary based on the cover. Like, I couldn't think of anything at all that would fit this.
I figured it was "a person's a person no matter how small," and thought about how Water for Elephants seems to have a circus cover, and got there anyway. But man, that was rough if you've never read it.
