Most of these are absolute head scratchers that were only included to spur on comments. 

I got hit in late 2020 by a dude who ran a stop sign and had garbage insurance. Went through mine because he acted shady enough about giving me the card that I had a bad feeling. Sure enough Progressive goes to recover from them and they file bankruptcy. They send me a letter after a year saying sorry we can recover

They recommended I stop carrying it on my XJ Cherokee.

Be prepared to go back to Geico in a year. Progressive will boil you like a frog over time.

Yes. That doesn’t meet any Kia image programs.  Granted most Kia dealerships do not, as they typically got jammed in old showrooms from domestic brands in the 90's and early 2000's. Now that Kia is hot, they want a fancy glass jewel box like everyone else.

The manufacturers like to control who can be their franchisee, and they have the opportunity to sub in a buyer for the same terms if they don’t like the buyer.

Looking at the facility, its likely he’s selling so he doesn’t have to spend the money to upgrade the facility.  Kia is hot right now.  He’ll get more for the franchise now than in 2 years when things are normal.  And he gets out of spending money on the facility on top of it.  Best payout option.
