Can I recommend listening and lipsynching/dancing to angry/bitter music on headphones? It’s one of the least self-destructive things to do in times like this, and won’t wake your roommates.

Ugh, that’s so, so frustrating! Can’t even claim concern about antibacterial resistance for that one.

You win some, you lose some, I guess! Lots of social issues with codeine these days, so I can see why it’s a controlled substance now. Next time I pick up Canesten I’ll appreciate it all the more for the policy changes that made it happen!

Well, one way or another.

I feel like this needs to be more ubiquitous than just one billboard ... since it’d be easy for the higher-ups to simply issue an edict that “none of the faithful may use X road for the duration of the month.” It’s a good first step, though, and a good way to attract attention and support for the issue.

You can’t get oral treatment over the counter?! That seems absolutely crazy to me. Here in Canada you can pluck it off the drugstore shelf yourself—no pharmacist conversation required. $16 per treatment.

No worries! Moving is really, really hectic—I understand. It’s a big step for both of you, so his trepidation is understandable. It’s really fortunate that it’s a neutral-to-positive career move; it’s really rare to get to explore love with that kind of safety net. Sounds like things are barrelling on along splendidly.

I’ve been curious about this as well. I had a different vitamin C serum for a whille and loved it, but $90 for 3 months of use is just too costly for me to justify.

Julliet Marillier’s Wildwood Dancing is a beautiful retelling of it, if you’re craving novel-version.

One of my top-5 favourite books of all time. Definitely. Traumatizing, yes, but with so much strength to it! I’d definitely see the video adaptation. If they could make the Revenant, this would DEFINITELY be marketable.

I, too, will always have a soft spot for East. That fairytale is just the best on so many levels—there aren’t many stories where the maiden saves the prince by being a badass. Beauty and the Beast really doesn’t have that element.

That one is probably my favourite. Though apparently there’s a “Polar Bear Prince” movie out there somewhere for it.

Having read that story SAVED me on a dictionary-less French exam back in my highschool days. I did’t understand what the short piece was saying but I eventually recognised it as the story of the little match girl. Answered all the questions from story memory!

It took me a while to catch on as well, but the women-specific hours are usually posted right above the door when you get in. There is a lot going on in those subways!

There is a lot of precedent. There are also women-only cars on subways in Japan. But the ones there are only women-specific during designated hours, to prevent cram-packed rush-hour groping and late-night, drunken problems. It’s a choice—use it or not, sit elsewhere if you have a male companion, or don’t want to

Something else you could try, that’s a little more of a subtle approach, you could ask, during a lull in sexytimes, “what’s something that I can do to make things better for you?” Mention that you’re enjoying things, but there are probably things that you could both do to make it better for both of you. Encourage him

Ooh, I’d be really curious about this as well.

Thanks for this. I will definitely be checking them out!

Anytime! Glad to be of service, and I hope it helps.

Congratulations! That is great news. Have you told him about it? Is he excited?
