Well part of this is that this is a different Government - they've been working with Trask to develop mutant sensing robots and products, eventually deploying them in a war-like fashion in this film.

The song is from Sunshine - great song, strong effect, but I think release trailers and teasers need to show us a big moment or two, this one is just a montage of characters with a simple VO to tie it all together.
