To me, 120hz on the ipad is more important because of the fluid handwriting response. The iphone is nicely refined, so 120hz will barely make a difference, I just hope they have the option to turn it on/off for the users.

I have surface book 2 and onenote hand writing performance is so woeful, love the laptop but not onenote on it (Microsoft knows this issue and never fix it). Been looking for a good tablet replacement for hand writing purpose as secondary. Would the pro or the air better for onenote performance?

The reusable oil air filter is actually worse, this is from my personal experience, but they actually mess up the MAF sensor which is more expensive than replacing factory filter every 10k. 

You must’ve got one of the bad rep. My rep was quick 15 min chat and all I have to do is pay the hold amount, which was removed from my account when they got the defected piece back.

I got the bud replaced. If you haven’t I recommend chat them up and get them to replace it under warranty. It’s a known widespread problem and they know about it, so they should replace it without hesitation.
