Oh, totally agree that snow tires are better. But I honestly don’t personally know anyone who uses them. I’m out in the NE suburbs, so not in the city, but around here roads are usually plowed/sanded/salted enough to make driving with some caution all you really need.

All seasons Always worked in Minnesota where I learned to drive. Then again, winter is the default for the state, so you get used to it.
