This streamer has a history of pushing the boundaries like this. Just wear shorts underneath the outfit its not a burden. Or keep your pelvis out of frame. Either way not that difficult to comply with what they’re asking. 

I went online to look at the difference between men’s and women’s swim uniforms. Men’s swim uniforms seem to go at least halfway down the thigh, would it somehow profoundly limit women’s range of movement to have suits that went down the same length?
