I’ll reply to myself, yes I was wrong.

My understanding is that the tax looks at up to the last 4 years, but would the first year tier of tax not kick in next year for a team that was over the threshold for this year? I responded to you in a different post but if that is not the case then my understanding is wrong.
Edit: In a scenario where the team does not pay the tax this year, but does during the next 2, this would save the repeater tax from setting in during year 4 right? Since during the previous 4 years there would have only been 2 of tax? I’ve been some NBA salary reading and it is melting my brain, but I do think there…
Yeah that whole “declining the cheap team option to re-sign Jokic to a max deal to ensure he doesn’t leave after next year and is happy with his pay and wants to stay on the Nuggets long term” thing REEKS of trying to ruin the team!
I don’t think the writer has a great grip on the situation with the Nuggets and used this trade as an excuse to shit on Kroenke.
So say all the people who profess to like the Nuggets on this thread. I know this site is committed to anti-rich writing, but all the fans I know have been hoping for this exact move.
As a Nuggs fan, I kind of like this.
Contrarian take of the year:
Back the great stuff. Spursy stuff incoming next time. This is the way of the world!
This is what happens with a Spurs core: great stuff, spursy stuff
Chelsea fan here, so I have a good amount of Willian frustrating autocorrect experience.
No, only Americans are racist. Please move along.
So ole Bobby Firmino isn’t a Liverpool star now? Just Mane and Mo? I know he’s overlooked sometimes but...
Also this Coco Crisp dodge. Always enjoy this.
Is a taco a sandwich?
Let’s say you’re at a popular but small restaurant where there is a 30 min line to order food at a counter, but only 6 total tables. Someone at the back of the line gathers everyone’s jackets in their group, pushes half the tables together, sits down, and then spreads the jackets across to indicate all the seats are…
This is like the ultimate psychopath test for me. Along with people breaking a member off of their group to save a table at a crowded restaurant with a super long line.
I know I’m posting this too late and will inevitably get buried in the grey but...
My favorite Winston anecdote (another that apparently goes in THE PAST box) is that there was a Burger King near where he lived in Tallahassee, and he would go there and just fill up a drink. No premise of paying, no approval from the staff or anything. Simply a fast food place with a physically reachable drink…
Ohh this is an awesome comment.
