I really enjoyed the character development of Season #1. There's grandeur in the right places and then some subtleties. I've loved getting to learn their back stories. You can tell they really exerted a lot of effort and attention to detail to get this show right.

I think the first season was more appealing to novices like myself who knew absolutely nothing about the comics. We were not disappointed when the show went somewhere figuratively but not literally. Either way, very excited for Season #2.

I'll never forget seeing the first one in the theatre and this lady had her kid with her. There were numerous warnings as the movie started saying not safe for children. It was kind of funny seeing her storm out of the theatre about 15 minutes into the movie. She made it longer than I thought she would.
