I guess this is the extremely predictable backlash phase. Ugh. No thanks. I’m gonna go do something else.

I replayed this recently. And it was all a bit overplayed. You never get that attached to Aeris. The significance of her death felt unearned, at least how much they play it up in the game.

Splinter is advocating for communism now, correct?

She did some bad things with Spider-Man before Marvel came along and saved it for us.

I shudder to think about how many hours he’s spent with this game and what other, far more fulfilling things he could have been doing with that time.

I agree, and she’s a god awful ‘actress’ or whatever she’s claiming to be.

Now I have my issues with this episode, but much of the “criticism” I’m reading boils down to “I think I’m smarter than everyone working on this show. Look at me! Look at me!” It’s dumb and you’re offering nothing of value.

I hate to say it, but I’m a little apprehensive too. I ADORE immersive sims. Arkane is my favorite developer, Prey and Dishonored 2 totally nailed this genre. But this game seems a little too faithful. And the recent video they posted just showed off exactly what we all played in the demo they released 3 years ago. Is

I’m so sad this is a Bioware game.

Well that makes it easier on my future decisions of what developers to support, at least.

That is the worst fitted suit I’ve ever seen. Those sleeves are too short and the pants too long, all of it. Terrible. Also, he’s a piece of shit in general.

I’m pretty meh about this. The 3DS Zelda isn’t my favorite. (On that note, who’s ever said the original Link’s Awakening is one of the best Zeldas?) I’ve mostly only enjoyed the fully 3D zeldas , these throw back titles are little too into their own retro-ness for my tastes.

I’ve tried to get back into these games, owning pretty much all these enhanced versions, but they just don’t click with me. Maybe I don’t have the time, but there are just too many newer games that play better, despite maybe not having as much depth of setting and character.

How about an updated switch release of the Trilogy?

God damn it. One thing we can count on, Disney is looking for someone else to handle the Star Wars license.

Suddenly I have to get twitter to follow all my favorite artists. Ugh. Okay. Bye forever tumblr.

As I understand it, most of that dev team went on to Machine games and gave us the new Wolfenstein games.

Non-Euclidean?

Ghostbusters really is dreadful. I saw it eventually, well maybe half of it, but it was so painfully unfunny and cringy I jumped ship.

The internet can be amazing sometimes. In a good way.
