I lost 50lb in 3 months- I just cut out all carbs. ALL! It was really hard for like 3 days and then I was fine. That kind of diet is not really great long-term health-wise. But you don’t need to exercise at all and you never have to be hungry. I was always full, but I was just full on meat and cheese.
