The "statement" taken by his accusers is not sufficient to be considered a legal document in Kenya or the US. if the Kenyan authorities had been notified, they would have notified the US Embassy. Both governments would have taken this matter extremely seriously.

The whole set up really reminds me of the false accusation cases from back in the day. Obviously, we know very little, but it is definitely not how molestation typically happens and has a lot in common with the scams I'm aware of in that region.
