Yeah that contract and the impending decline are not a great combo. To note though, there isn’t actually a ton of data for goalies over 35 because there are very few of them (the hockey graphs article mentions this). Not that I doubt the decline, I might doubt the absolute severity of it. 

I watched Crash after it won best picture and I just remember waiting for it to get good or interesting the entire time. Very underwhelming experience.

If I had to listen to the audio version of the book I would not have finished it. I had a hard enough time finishing the actual book, though I kind of enjoyed it? It was enjoyable misery I guess.
