I generally think we get too freaked out about sodium, but there is definitely a ton in restaurant food. I don't use a ton in my own cooking and occasionally things are too salty for me to eat. :(

Your comments are generally smart. I thought your comment was about fat specifically (though if it was shame on you) more than just nutritional content in general. The obsession with how much fat is in food is dumb.

The texture doesn't bother me but I don't really like the taste. I only like cheesecake factory cheesecake that does not taste like cheesecake (reeses, oreos, peanut butter).
